When will I receive my proof?
Orders are processed in the manner we receive them. Proofs are sent within 24 – 48 hrs after purchasing. We will contact you via email. If you fail to receive your proof after 48 hours, please contact us via email.
Do you send a proof for my purchase?
Yes! We provide proofs to confirm before printing our products. We will not print your order unless you confirm your proof. During this process, please make sure you check spelling, grammar, etc. We are not liable for any mistakes once you confirm your proof. Please know we do not proofread your card’s content either. Once we receive your proof confirmation, we assume your card/label is ready for printing with no errors.
When will my order ship?
For personalized labels, we need two to three business days to prepare your items after we receive your proof confirmation. We do not print or do anything until we receive your go signal!
For cards and invitations, we need three to five days to prepare everything. We do not print your cards unless you confirm your proof.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time varies according to your location and choice of shipping. Standard shipping is 3-5 days, Priority Mail is 2-3 days and Priority Mail Express is 1-2 days. Please know we do not guarantee shipping time as we do not control shipping.
Do you support other languages?
Yes! We can do that as long as you will provide the complete text.
What’s your refund policy?
If you decide to cancel your order before receiving your proofs, you will be receiving full payment. Once you receive your first proof and decided to cancel your order, we will still refund your order but a $15 will be deducted since our artists already worked for your proofs.
What’s your return policy?
Personalized items are not returnable.

*Two free proofs are included, and an additional $10.00 will be charged after the second proof.
*Cancelations policy – Cancelation is allowed within two hours of purchasing. Once we sent your proof to you, there is a 20% cancelation fee.
*Returns – Due to the nature of our items, we don’t accept returns and exchanges.
*No digital art or file will be shared to the client. LoveAtEverySight.com owns all rights to arts offered. All rights received.
*If for some reason you have to cancel your order before printing begins, 50% of total refundable. If you cancel after approving to print, there are no refunds. By placing your order, you agree to all terms and conditions.
*We are not responsible for any errors after you confirm your proof
- We create your proofs as soon as possible after receiving your order. When ready, we will send your proofs to the email address provided for your approval and for you to doublecheck everything.
- You can let us know any typographical errors, and we’ll send a new proof. Once you approve it, we will need two to four business days to prepare your item.
- Transit time takes two to three days without delays from USPS. All our cards ship via Priority Mail.
