* We only offer 2 free proofs (2 edits / changes in font style / color / size) per order unless it is our typographical error.

* We charge $2 per changes / additional proof after your first two proofs.

* Digital items are non-refundable.

* Clearance items are considered final sale.

* Physical items are returnable within 30 days of purchase with unused condition. Please contact us as soon as possible.

* Shipping fee is not refundable. Refund will only be issued once the item has been received, re-stocking fee may be applied.

Digital Items

* PLEASE NOTE: Color may vary between different computer monitors and printers.

* The file you receive is for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or redistribute the file. This file may not be used for commercial purposes.

* Due to the nature of the item, digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable


Printed Cards / Wine Labels

* For cancellations are allowed before printing, if you decide to cancel after receiving your first proof, you will get the full amount minus $15.00. The $15.00 is for our designers who worked for your proof.

* We provide proofs of digital copy before printing the item, please make sure to thoroughly check and read the proof (make sure the spelling, grammar, spacing etc) to make sure everything is correct.

* We are not liable for errors especially after you confirmed the proof.

* Should we receive no confirmation of the proof from the buyer we’ll go ahead and ship the item accordingly OR cancel your order depending on the situation

*We try to be eco-friendly. We do this by using recycled boxes and old newspaper in shipping. We thank you for the understanding.

*For our digital personalized items, please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery of final item.

*Once the item is shipped, the seller is not responsible for delayed and damaged packages as shipping is not under our control. We do not provide refunds and returns for delayed shipments. Please do contact us for damaged items.

Return Policy

Return the item(s) in its unopened, original condition (including all original packaging). Products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and excludes shipping charges (if any) and/or additional rush handling fees.
Seller is not responsible for return shipping labels.

Personalized and customized items are not returnable
Seller does not assume liability for any errors once proof is approved
Restocking Fee: A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to any damaged/used items item(s) and any packages that are unauthorized, unclaimed, refused, and/or return to sender.

Non-Returnable Items:

* All items in our Clearance are FINAL SALES & cannot be returned.

* Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be refunded.

* Any Items returned opened & without original packaging.

* All digital downloads and printable are considered final sale.

* All personalized items.

Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for processing the return.


A refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges (if any) and/or additional rush handling fees, within 3 business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. We require photographic documentation of the damaged item(s).

Because of the nature of digital items, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

For missing / stolen packages with DELIVERED status on tracking update, we will only send out a replacement when we are sure that the item is stolen. We require our customers to call local post office, inquire with neighbors and family members.

If the package is still not found, fill out a stolen package complaint at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactUs/filecomplaint.aspx.

And complete an affidavit stating the package was never received.

Upon confirming that the package is nowhere to be found and completing a mail theft complaint & affidavit, we’ll be sending a replacement within 2-3 business days.
